Delivery

Postage & Packaging would be charged at the rate of £15, if more we will inform you before hand. The postage includes insurance.

If you require expedited or special delivery, additional cost would incur, please check with us.

The product should normally take about a week or ten days to reach most of the western world.

Guarantee

All the products of Courtpan Design Ltd are guaranteed for one year.
The products are guaranteed provided the detector has not been physically damaged. 

There are no user replaceable parts other than four batteries which are replaced by removing the bottom cover.

Return

If the product has a manufacturing faulty or malfunction, you may return the product within two weeks time after delivery. We will correct the fault and return it by free of cost, if the product is beyond repair we will refund the full price of the product.

You will have to bear the cost of postage for any return.

In case of legal dispute the company's responsibility is limited to the refund of the full price of the product and the jurisdiction will be limited to the UK.
